Gail Bailey and Marie McAlinden are the founders of Wellbeing Enrichment

Marie Corrigan (nee McAlinden),

Gail Bailey,
BSc Applied Economics, PGCE.

Marie has been working within the education system for over twenty years as an educational psychologist, teacher, supervisor, consultant and trainer. Prior to this, she worked in business in a variety of posts.

She has significant experience in systemic work and facilitating groups as well as working one-to-one with individuals.

Marie has had extensive involvement leading on interventions and she has worked with a range of professionals, parents and carers as well as young people. Over the years, Marie has acquired a broad spectrum of knowledge.

Gail has extensive experience within the education sector, including Special Educational Needs, across the 0-25 age range.

Gail has worked as a specialist education advisory teacher working within multi-disciplinary settings, alongside CAHMS, social care and psychology. Gail has experience of developing specialist schemes enabling foster carers/parents to provide care for highly vulnerable young people with complex needs, ensuring the well-being of both the young person and the foster carer.

Gail’s experience as a trainer has involved delivering a wide variety of courses to a range of professionals, parents, private companies local government agencies and educational settings.

Our Team

WE work with a range of professional associates, who have various specialisms such as psychotherapy, speech and language, occupational therapy, counselling, mindfulness, mentoring, dieticians, fitness and coaching. They each have a variety of experiences some within therapeutic settings using interventions, such as solution-focused approaches, CBT, and mindfulness. All draw on their own professional experiences, knowledge and expertise.
